What You'll Gain
You'll build real-world skills including teamwork, leadership, customer service, safeguarding awareness, stock handling, admin, events, and mentoring, while growing confidence, UK workplace experience, and powerful stories for applications and interviews. We provide role-specific training, supportive supervision, expenses (where eligible), and references for jobs or study. Youth volunteers can work toward Saltire Awards.
Whether you host our pop-in sessions, support the charity shop, drive deliveries, help with CV clinics, or assist behind the scenes, you'll make a visible impact and strengthen your employability with credible experience, training, and a reference that speaks to your character and contribution.
